Our Terms of Service was posted on November 1 2022. Revised October 25 2023 to reflect rebranding to dreadLOOCKZ.

The Intent of content displayed on dreadLOOCKZ:

  • Listings - a directory for clients to connect with You as a Hair Artist. This is an advertisement channel.

  • Traffic - promote traffic and sales to Your business(es). 

  • Articles - provide guidance in identifying needs, finding artists, and asking questions.

  • Wholesale - provide small businesses with products to sell to their clients.

dreadLOOCKZ reserves the right to edit information that you put into the listing in such cases where it may increase your chances of being found in the search function, or if it is apparently incorrect.

 

Disclaimer

dreadLOOCKZ is not responsible for the information you put into the listing. The information you input is the information that will be displayed to potential clients. Should you discover an error or typo, login to your account and edit your listing.

 

dreadLOOCKZ is also not responsible for the integrity of the businesses listed on this website. Our function is to serve as a network to guide clients to connect with hair artists that can fulfill their needs. The veracity of any claims made by each hair artist is their own sole responsibility.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Memberships on dreadLOOCKZ are available via 1 month, 6 month or 12 month periods.

Completed Artist profile will be published through the purchased period. No refunds will be issued. 

 

Your dreadLOOCKZ membership will renew at the end of your purchased membership period. You will receive an email 30 days prior to the end of your membership period as a reminder that you will be charged for your renewal.

 

Failure to provide a current or updated payment method as part of your renewal will result in you losing access the Artist content and your Artist profile will be deactivated at the end of your membership period. A profile that is not renewed will be permanently removed after 60 days.

 

Should you wish to cancel your membership prior to renewal, you may do so via the Cancel Membership option found in your member areas under Memberships. Note that a listing connected to a canceled subscription plan will continue to be displayed on the website through the paid subscription period. To permanently remove a listing, please contact via the Hello-contact form or email hello@dreadloockz.com and we will remove it for you. In such a case, no refund will be issued.
